    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving their full potential. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers, map your authentic path and provide you unshakeable support while you beautifully transform your sense of self.

    Since achieving your dreams is more than just positive thinking, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, journaling, time management, manifestation and meditation practices and more.

  • (1) 90-minute coaching session where we review your Human Design chart and discover what your wants, and your needs, and

  • Subsequent 1-hour coaching sessions, scheduled weekly, 4 times per month at the same day and time each week. In months that have 5 weeks in them, the fifth week is time off to recharge

  • E-coaching: Unlimited text and email access for quick questions that can’t wait until your next regular session

  • Weekly practices: Co-created to keep you moving swiftly toward your dreams
